1. General Information

This website is operated by Wearepaikes LLC. Our services are available exclusively to customers located in the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). For any inquiries, you can contact us at store@ecuadorwholesaleflowers.com.

2. Ordering and Payments

There is no minimum order required. Customers may place orders directly through our website by selecting flower varieties, stem lengths, and quantities. Payments are securely processed via Shopify, Stripe, or PayPal. All orders must include valid contact details, including a phone number.

3. Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the continental United States. Deliveries are carried out by DHL or UPS.

Delivery guidelines:

Orders are processed within 3 business days.

Your order will arrive within a maximum of 7 business days. However, most of our orders are delivered within 5 days.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO addresses, or some rural areas.

A signature is required upon delivery. Access codes or special instructions must be provided if needed.

Delivery times follow the carrier’s routing schedules and cannot be set for specific hours.

Delivery exceptions:
We are not responsible for damaged products left unattended. Someone must be available to receive the flowers, as extreme weather may affect product quality.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Cancellations or changes are only accepted within the following timeframes:

General orders: minimum 7 business days prior to delivery date

Specialty items (e.g., tinted, painted, or glittered flowers): minimum 10 business days

If flowers arrive damaged, contact us immediately and provide photos within 24 hours of delivery. Approved cases will be resolved with replacements or refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, customs inspections, transportation delays, or other force majeure events. We will not be responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions resulting from order delays or shipping issues.

6. Use of the Website

Users agree not to misuse this website in any way, including but not limited to submitting false information, attempting to hack or interfere with the site’s functionality, or engaging in any fraudulent activity.

7. Privacy

We collect customer data (name, phone number, and email) solely for the purpose of processing orders and marketing communications related to our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United States.
