Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the continental United States. Deliveries are carried out by FedEx, DHL or UPS.

Delivery guidelines:

Your order will arrive within a maximum of 7 days. However, most of our orders are delivered within 5 days.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO addresses, or some rural areas.

A signature is required upon delivery. Access codes or special instructions must be provided if needed.

Delivery times follow the carrier’s routing schedules and cannot be set for specific hours.

Delivery exceptions:
We are not responsible for damaged products left unattended. Someone must be available to receive the flowers, as extreme weather may affect product quality.
